You Are Beautiful Mirror Self Love Boost Exercise
October 13, 2022It takes only a few seconds.
Stand in front of a mirror.
Take several deep breaths. Breathe in with your nose and exhale out with your mouth.
Focus on your eyes and slowly bend your body forward letting your nose touch the mirror (or really close).
Say out loud, “The world is filled with beauty. I am in this beautiful world. I am beautiful.”
Slowly drift back from the mirror and repeat, “I am beautiful, silently, still focusing on your eyes. Once you are standing straight up away from the mirror, take a deep breath in and out and smile. Stare at your complete self in the mirror and say, “Thank you”
Repeat as many times as necessary 👌🏽
